Bingo VIP Club is simple and FREE. We give you access to the latest news, biggest competitions and the best promotions that Online Bingo has to offer! we do not EVER allow any third parties access to your email address.

However there are a few other questions that arise - and we've tried to answer them all below. If you have a question we haven't answered please don't hesitate to contact me.

Ok - so how do I become a member?
Simple, all you need to do is sign up. Go to the top of the page and enter your email address in the box provided. Then all you have to do is sit back and wait for your first Bingo VIP Club promotion to arrive - it will arrive in the next few days.

Am I going to get flooded with emails?
No - we promise to send you no more than one promotional email per week.

Will I start getting emails from other companies?
Not because of us; Bingo VIP Club will never pass on your details to third parties. We source the promotions for our members and send them using our own, secure, emailing service BingoFocus.

I can't read your emails
Certain users find they can't correctly view our emails - this is usually because they are using older email software; however to ensure everyone has full access to every promotion we offer, you can access the last four updates from the homepage of this site.

I don't receive your emails
Some of our members use 'anti-spam' software that either automatically hides or deletes email that it thinks is junk mail. One way to get around this is to add 'bvc@bingofocus.com' to your list of approved senders (or remove this from your banned list, if you've inadvertently added it). BingoFocus.com is a domain owned by BingoVIP which hosts our own, secure, emailing service.

I don't understand that - surely there's an easier way?
Log onto the website regularly - we ensure that all our latest mailers are listed on the homepage

I see that I've won a prize. How do I claim?
All prizewinners are notified via email. We will contact you using the address you supplied when you signed up. The email we send you will contain details about how to claim your prize. All prizes are subject to the sponsor's terms and conditions.

I haven't received a winners confirmation email. What shall I do?
If your name appears on our winners page but you haven't received an email;

  • First check that the email hasn't been mistakenly arrived in your spam or junk mail folder. Remember to add bingovipclub.com to your list of approved senders.
  • If you still haven't received confirmation of your win contact toni@bingovipclub.com.

If I decide I no longer wish to receive the emails?
Easy; unsubscribe - you can do this here. We'll miss you, and no doubt you'll miss our offers but we will respect your decision to remove yourself.

How do I send in my story or news for the newsletter?
Gavin is our newsletter editor an he is constantly looking for interesting anecdotes or an insight into your bingo life. So why not email him?
And, if you are a Online Bingo site and have some hot news - why not give it to us first? You need to send it by the 25th of each month to get it into the next month's newsletter.

How do I promote my offer with Bingo VIP Club?
